NettetThe issue is the joy cons randomly aren’t detected when in handheld mode. I know this is a common problem, but the issue is supposed to have been fixed on newer joy cons. It hasn’t for me. There is a sort of workaround. If the joycons aren’t working you turn the console off and on again. Then take the joy cons off and reattach.
