WebMar 21, 2024 · Hi Alexandria, The bottom of my dress was very similar to yours, and my seamstress did a ballroom bustle (of about 4 points), and she placed the buttons under the top (shortest) layer of the dress, so the layers weren't hidden when the dress was bustled.
